Céline Dion stumbled during her Oct. 7 Paris concert after her pants caught on a heel but quickly recovered and continued performing during her comeback residency.
The 58-year-old singer continued performing “Dans un autre monde,” her 1998 song, after getting back to her feet.
Later in the concert, Dion experienced a more emotional moment while performing “Pour que tu m’aimes encore.”
After briefly forgetting the lyrics, she invited the audience to sing with her. She thanked the crowd for its support, saying, “Thank goodness you’re here,” and explaining that the moment had deeply touched her.

The performance is part of Dion’s five-week residency at the Plenitude Arena in Nanterre, west of Paris.
The Canadian singer announced in December 2022 that she had been diagnosed with stiff-person syndrome, a neurological disorder that affects muscle function.
She subsequently canceled the remaining dates of her Courage tour because of health complications.
Dion’s return to Paris began on Sept. 12, marking her first full-length concert since March 8, 2020.
She had previously made limited live appearances, including performing Édith Piaf’s “Hymne à l’amour” at the Paris Olympics opening ceremony in July 2024.
In a 2024 interview with PEOPLE, Dion discussed the difficulty of accepting her health challenges, acknowledging that she had wanted to keep performing despite her condition. Another Paris residency is scheduled for May 2027.
