Cardi B has publicly revealed her youngest son’s full name and face for the first time, introducing him as Grey Marsean Diggs during his first birthday celebration.
The Instagram announcement marks the first time Cardi has publicly shown her youngest son’s face. Previously, the rapper had confirmed his arrival in November 2025 without publicly revealing his identity.
The birthday photographs featured Grey wearing several outfits, including a green cap with diamond chains and striped overalls.
Another image showed him dressed in medical scrubs and a white lab coat, reflecting the Grey’s Anatomy theme of his celebration.
Cardi’s birthday message described the emotional significance of motherhood during a challenging period in her life. She credited her son with giving her additional strength throughout her pregnancy and bringing happiness into her life.
A representative for Cardi subsequently confirmed his full name to Billboard, including the middle name Marsean and surname Diggs, which he shares with his father.
Grey is Cardi’s fourth child and her first with professional football player Stefon Diggs. She also shares three children with her estranged husband, Offset: daughter Kulture, daughter Blossom and son Wave.
Cardi publicly announced her pregnancy with Diggs during a September 2025 interview on CBS Mornings with Gayle King. She described feeling happy and confident while balancing her professional commitments and pregnancy.
The rapper has also discussed building businesses beyond music, explaining in an Entertainment Tonight interview that she wants to leave financial assets and business interests for her four children.
Her latest Instagram post gives fans their first public introduction to Grey’s identity while marking his first birthday.
