Lady Gaga and her fiancé Michael Polansky have welcomed their first baby together, with Page Six reporting that the couple was recently photographed with their newborn in Northern California.
The outing marked the first reported public appearance of Gaga and Polansky as a family of three.
The Grammy-winning singer, whose full name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, had largely stayed out of the public eye following the conclusion of her 86-date Mayhem Ball tour in April.

Page Six reported that Gaga had not been publicly photographed since August, when she stopped to take a selfie with a fan in Northern California.
The publication also quoted a source describing her current private life positively and saying she has found a supportive relationship with Polansky.
Gaga’s Longstanding Plans for Motherhood
Motherhood has been part of Gaga’s long-term plans for years. In a December 2019 YouTube video, she said she hoped to have children while discussing her future ambitions.
She later expanded on those plans in interviews with InStyle and The New York Times. In March 2025, Gaga said she was excited about becoming a mother while also emphasizing that she wanted her future children to have freedom to discover their own identities.

During an October 2025 appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Gaga described becoming a mother as the role she most hoped to take on next.
Gaga and Polansky
Gaga and entrepreneur Michael Polansky have been romantically linked since 2020 and became engaged in 2024.
Gaga publicly confirmed the engagement while speaking with French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal during the Paris Olympics. Polansky, 42, is the executive director of the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy.

The couple has generally maintained a private relationship, with Gaga previously telling Vogue that Polansky is highly private and that their relationship is based on being right for each other.
The baby’s name, sex and birth date have not been publicly revealed.
