The messages appeared Sunday morning, with Beckinsale using a black background and white lettering for the post on her main Instagram grid. TMZ reported that the actress had also removed her previous posts from the platform.
Her Instagram Story featured a photograph of a rainbow above a road intersection alongside the message, “congratulations you win I give up.”
The wording prompted concern among people following her account, although Beckinsale has not publicly explained what she meant by the posts.
Another notable change involved the link displayed in her Instagram bio. It directed users to a BBC article examining the media and online treatment of Caroline Flack, who died in 2020.
Beckinsale, known for the Underworld franchise, has previously discussed difficult periods in her personal life and faced criticism about her appearance online.
Earlier reports also documented her deleting Instagram content and addressing comments about her weight.
As of the latest reports, there was no public explanation from Beckinsale regarding Sunday’s messages. TMZ said a representative for the actress had not immediately responded to its request for comment.
